On May 6, 2015, Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation filed a Motion to Transfer
Venue. (Docket No. 19.) A motion hearing was scheduled for June 15,2015. On
May 22,2015, the Parties indicated that they had reached a settlement and filed a Joint Motion to Extend the Briefing Schedule on Plaintiff's venue motion. (Docket
No. 25.) On May 28,2015, the Parties jointly moved to withdraw Plaintiff's venue motion and vacate the June 15 hearing date. (Docket Nos. 26, 19.) On May 29,
2015, the magistrate judge kindly vacated the June 15 hearing date and scheduled a settlement disposition conference. (Docket No. 27.)

Accordingly, Plaintiffs Motion to Transfer Venue is WITHDRAWN. In
light of the withdrawal, the Joint Motion to Extend Briefing Schedule is DENIED
as moot.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
