The company's obligations are first and foremost to its shareholders , to bring shareholder value . As shareholders we entrust the company to make the right decisions in this regard . e.Digital through its public statements keep us going and hanging in there by suggesting they themselves are believing that the latest rounds of flash litigation can be significant towards this obligation.
