WHEREAS, Defendant Synchronized Technologies, Inc. has not answered or otherwise filed an answer or otherwise responded to the Complaint (Docket #1) filed in this action; and, WHEREAS, Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Synchronized, Inc. have reached a settlement with respect to one another only in this matter.
