sman, please correct me if I'm wrong--we have had several ENE announcements in the past and I do not recall them having any of the strong language requring the presence of someone that has full authority to agree with a settlement on the spot. I get it that you have bolded those parts for us to see it, but the theme is repeatedly used in the Pacer doc to make it beyond clear what the court expects. If correct, I wonder why this HP ENE is being treated this way?
