The IPR's are in the very early stages. Right now, if I understand correctly, looking at the image below, we are in the PETITION STAGE for Micron and the PTAB has not decided anything yet. We are NOT sure they will make a decision to move forward. So, we wait. Then, if they decide, it may take up to 12 months for a final decision...
My question is... the Court System has decided to set a trial date for October, 2015... that's only 6 months from now. So, someone please ENLIGHTEN this non legal mind on how this may play out...??? By the way, I understand if the petitions get denied, but what if the petitions get the go ahead and run parallel with the Court system... whats the deal? Inquiring minds want to know... thanks in advance. My online degree has not learned this course of action yet...LOLOL
