ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO
CONSIDER WHETHER CASES
SHOULD BE RELATED,
PURSUANT TO CIVIL L.R. 7-11
Having reviewed Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation’s “Administrative Motion To Consider
Whether Cases Should Be Related” and good cause appearing therefore, the Court hereby
GRANTS the motion and make the following orders:
1) The following two cases are deemed related:
a) e.Digital Corporation v. Dropcam Inc., Case Number 4:15-cv-04922-JST
and,
b) e.Digital Corporation v. ShenZhen Gospell Smarthome Electronic Co.,
Ltd. (dba Oco Camera), Case Number 4:15-cv-00691-WHO (“the Oco Case”).
2) The Oco Case is hereby transferred to the Honorable Jon S. Tigar.
