Doni... I agree with your QUOTE listed below but I have serious doubt that it will be that easy We can only hope for the best.

e.Digital's methods are NOVEL, that I am certain. As a matter of fact, e.Digital's methods are ingenious and way ahead of their time.

"It would be nice that the PTO review the MERITS and come to the conclusion that the e.Digital methods are NOVEL in comparison and are patented properly....there by, a formal review not be allowed"
