USPTO Judge Says Successful IPR Cases Potentially Problematic

Law360, Washington (March 23, 2015, 4:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office chief administrative judge said Monday the explosion of successful inter partes review challenges is not alone a sign of success and it is too soon to tell if the reforms of the America Invents Act have taken hold.
