You can count on the doubt unfortunately.

The last PR stating a settlement was Creative Labs May 20, 2013 then this practice was haulted, for reasons Fred nor Tony will respond to.

I have bugged both of them, no reply.

But why?

legal strategy driven by Tony?
Fred decided to stop?
NDA's the cause?
Fred thinks Pacer is enough?

I personally don't like this game plan from Tony & Fred, unless it's NDA driven by the defendants, which we think is BS, but if that's why we have no choice but to accept it.

At least Fred reports each Q "we have settled X cases in QX and have X currently pending." No names, but an update...plus stating 69 to date.

Not even GUIDO can change this...he tried.
