Two months deep into a positive legal position is where the company is.

Everything else at this point is water under the bridge.

Where e.Digital's IP has been tied up for some time now, with that, nothing was going to move, not the old IP or the new.... until the legal issues are favorable.

Management is functioning under that pressure.

All the fuss over what? Issues that, ALL parties that have an interest in e.Digital are fully aware of ?

If not for the most recent positive issues there would be absolutely nothing to discuss.

The focus is in the present where its only two months old. That combined with 2,244,145 in the bank, 80 mill of (“NOL”) carry forwards and No debt.
