Believe it or not, in my opinion of course, the Patent 108 release from collateral eStoppel and the positive claims construction was a BIG DEAL. It's the main reason for the new Patent 108 cases. Now, claim 1 of Patent 108 has some backbone and some bite to our lawsuits. Its the reason for the .10 cent jump in share price, as little as it may seem to some. When you are down to .03 cents a share, 13 cents a share is a big step up and its only the beginning. I'm still excited about the progress being made.
