I'm certain if there is infringement Handal will be the one to prove it as best that could be expected . However it is the infringement piece that's unsettling for me since an entity might settle with plenty of NDA's and everything wherein we still won't know what was infringed or how, or the patent(s) themselves may be tossed by virtue of a negative Markman hearing in which case its moot.

Do we know the specifics of the Dropcam complaint? I seem to miss seeing that posted anywhere.
