Does anyone know if Dropcam or Handal has been involved in any other ADR Multi-Option Program disputes in Northern California? As the first Nunchi infrigement case, this will set an example of what other infringers might expect form EDIG. I would hate to see a watered down settlement that might encourage others to steal the intellectual property of the Nunchi patents, thinking they might be able to pay less than a license of that intellecutal property is worth. Just my concern and opinion.
