620K in sells out of 293.2 +/- in O/S is about 2 tenths of 1%...if my calculator did not have operator error...lol.

Conclusion, "no one liked the 10-K" is a misrepresetation of the facts, using this metric as an indicator.

I know the comment, whoever started this thread, was generic, so no offense to...?

Anyway, I disagree....

The PPS was .044 at close Thurs, it dropped 9.1% to .04 at close Fri.

Hardly what I call a panic attack with thousands of stockholders bailing.

Anyway, my perspective.
