I think the leverage this places on Verbatim (ENE 7/10/14) and Kingston (Denied Motion to Dismiss) is worth far more than the impact we get directly from Topram. I went back to see precisely where we stand in these cases and our position is greatly improved now if not already impacting these two companies already. Everyone knows these two companies and has had a flash drive from them for sure. The pictures of Topram products could easily have Verbatim and Kingston written on them and that is where the pay-off will be in my opinion only. I would not be surprised to see an ENE order for Kingston soon.
