"I'm not reading the pacers"

We'll leave it at that then...you needed to read the judges response to Intels motion, to understand what I suggest.

Basically, Intel motioned to have two issues of infringement, as demonstrated by e.Digital, squashed. The judge did not go along with Intel, because Intel did not properly demonstrate their considerations.

What e.Digital demonstrated, properly as the judge notes, was that the infringement sited is specifically a process to write and store electronic data ...utilizing the principles of claim 1 of the 108 patent....and that this process has nothing to do with the Intel semiconductor product.

In short words ... It's not something buried on the Intel semiconductor product....and Intel is shipping with, or showing vendors of their semiconductors how to implement e.Digital methods. They are utilizing the ideas, IMO, mainly for 737 details in separating bad memory from stored data in simple fashion.

Not naming 737 against a defendant, does not mean they are not suing for 737 considerations through other patents... like 108.

It's about managing data....737, 108, 445...for the recent cases...through claim 1 of the 108 patent.
