Ted, I hate to say it, but we are being pushed to the back by the industry and legal system. Not to discredit e.Digitals patented methods....but, simply to pace the patented life span and make it all insignificant in the end.

The methods that e.Digital has patented are simple to understand....there is no mystery to what they do.

And calling for the heads of management is nonsense...over the past ten years they have done about all they could.

They simply have no control over the legal process. If anything, I place much of the time lost on DM representation....they mismanaged. Should they have allowed 108 to run in there litigation, with its SRAM considerations....the CO judge might have come up with a different ruling on 774 Markman.

Why did they not enter 108 as support as Handal has done?

IMO, we were played by DM representation.....and there is nothing Fred could have done about that.
