Thanks, Joe, for posting this information. Some of us would like posters like Dolphins 1 to explain their exuberance. We'd like to be able to see what they see by telling us what they think the legal strategy actually is.

Both Doni and Plankton have indicated ideas about the AAPL settlement, but I haven't been able to discern the reasoning behind either. You usually have an opinion on these important parts of the law suit; what do you think?
