Can you outline what it is, or how it is, that makes you feel so good about what ever happened with AAPL? Please tell us the reasons you feel so strong. Lay out a scenerio with the legal tactics you think Handal used to achieve what?

I am simply blind, because it isn't clear what was going on with AAPL. Just lay out your reasoning, so we can all see it.
