My perception also. However if there is a BIG event then IMO we will blow right past those resistance points. Not saying a BIG event will happen before then, just saying we have many irons in the fire so to speak ( patents, lawsuits, settlements, management looking like old men who are ready to retire=buyout ). So as I see it there is a reasonable chance of a BIG event which surprises the market place and drives the price higher. The next SHM is not that far away.
