The end result if we ever will know will tell us how good Handal is and if Fred is deserving of being our President.

I personally wanted this to go all the way to a jury trial, the people usually are much smarter than the Government or the lawyers that speak with forked tongue.

Seems that one side or both settled to fast resulting in a questionable decision by the shareholders, mainly because of the non disclosure of the agreement details. If we were provided with the specifics of the agreement, a clearer picture of the joint decision would become more palatable.

It is a very strange outcome at this point.
