Kevin is pulling out all the stops. Seems to me they are really concerned about the appeal and the possible out come in edig's favor. I like the part where he states that we waited 13 years to file a lawsuit..... is this an adminission of well we stole there IP but they never said anything about it, and just because we have made billiions on the IP why should edig get anything after all we put in all the hard work. LOL
