At the moment, my prospective, his current language ventured, is to see if he can convience the judge to get his (new?)matters admissible....before the Dec 20 date.

It seems, he is overly per-verbalizing before the Dec 20 date...

IMVHO, all the judge has to do, without the verbal, is look at the material exhibits and say this is no good here, or this is good here....for the material issues entered in Doc 66.

The drama is entertaing though...lol
