Can you explain this better for us numb-nuts.

Is our CE Appeal only against Huawei; therefor if we was to win it we get the 'all' functions with RAM considerations back, which we argued for prior to the CE verdict; and this is why Apple is going nuts to.

I have hard time folowing all this as I'm sure 2/3 those here do to.
