Having e.Digital/Huawei info revealed was a big part of their argument...however, .their argument centering around non factual accusations were non sense.

Well that's a little piece as to how the court feels....

The cases are separate....and that's that....Defendants, abide by your agreed stipulations of the Partial judgement , as e.Digital agreed to do. With that, I would venture, e.Digital suffered unfavorable issues for the agreed judgment.

Negotiations are negotiations and this should be considered, ...end of story, just on those considerations. However, we still have to wait for the ruling on amending partial judgement....
