In particular, we feel very strongly that the named suppliers are and have been directly infringing the ’108 patent and we seek to recover damages for the unauthorized use of our technology.

Note: 39 CASES FILED @ $400 bucks for each filing.... I would think Fred & Handal are pretty sure about proving infringement. They're not just whistling Dixie, they're pretty damn sure of themselves ...LOL ... in my opinion of course.
