The appeal is one thing, however, what we are also waiting on is the presiding judge to literally change on behalf of the defendants motions, or not change ....rules previously cast.

Now the question is, what position of indecision at this point on the above matter... is that putting on the appeals court for e.Digital vs, Huawei....?

Will the appeals court identify with e.Digital vs Huawei as an individual case consideration?
