They need this badly and do not want to lose this opportunity to not have an embedded security solution. Security is the most needed element of the future. Its a must. Handal probably is working deals with them as we speak thus the comment on "serious licensing discussions"

There is, and emit, not in bit map fashion....

IMO, the best security is to not be tied to the chip industy directly. Myself, I do not want the chip industry to have the back door key to anything...just like I do not want server adminstartors having a back door key to my account either.
