The only thing we can do now is wait and see what claim terms get attention...

I wonder if the item "A" of the Colorado case gets attention....??

What is "Flash memory" ?

It's exactly what e.Digial's Colorado consideration summed up.... "block erasable non-volatile memory"

And it can't be anything more than that....it is, what it is.....a block erasable entity, a dummy ass memory needing a push from all angles.
