Did anyone ever say that the Apple lawyers were morons? No, so why is that being brought up? What can help us more, if we read some legaleze posts to make ourselves feel better or potentially keeping the info out of the hands of others? It is up to each person to decide.

There is no precisely right answer. At the very least, maybe this discussion will make some of us feel better about the purported lack of information coming from Fred--I choose to believe that he is trying to do what is right by us and the company by not releasing information until it is signed, sealed, delivered, and protected to the degree that it can be, if someone believes that he is not, then sell and move on.
