Tony Handal logs on to our site and has come close to posting, but has not.

Handal is certain that the Apple attorneys or their representatives also log on to our board.

Sttone appears out of thin air and, in my opinion, made a great point.

We post potentially valuable information to the opposition and then forward it to Fred who then forwards it Handal. By the time Handal gets it, the Apple representatives have already read it. IMO we need to devise a new and differnt form of communication.

Many on this board, myself included, complain at times that the company does not release enough information and the stock holders deserve more. Well, is it not ironic that we, as a group without realizing were possibly assisting the opposition. To what degree, who knows. But why should it be anything?

Let's be a little smarter from here forward, after all it is our money that we are talking about.

This should be discussed and dealt with in some manner--IMHO
