That was not the question raised to him by bankerson.

He wanted to know why the insiders were not buying shares at least once per year? He speifically pressed Fred on this point. He wanted to know why Eric was selling? He wanted to know why the company was not buying back shares?

All subjects Fred had to pass on.

Ask anyone else who was there....maybe they can explain it better.
