Might be, Fred states 737 is still in play, I'll have to see it, knowing that it's tied to the hip of 774.

As for, "recent dismissals were "conditional" - possibly contingent on this ruling."

Keep in mind the cases are all separate...and recent dismissals have been accounted for in the recent financial.

Perhaps some of those still in play have something conditional....for the issues still alive as Fred states.
