I think imo they should word it something like this.

I think Multiple licences is good and a sale for the right amount is good too, If they sell the possibilities are endless, i,e dividends, buy back and reduce the float, concentrate on new technologies , hire new, innovative, young , engineers with futuristic new ideas to invent, ETC, ETC,
