Many here were disappointed, myself included, with the lack of information regarding Yamaha and only the statement saying that Edig voluntarily dismissed the suit. Enter Silver's post this morning--it would be remarkably coincidental if Edig dismissed the suit for zero payment on the day that Yamaha was due to respond without hearing their response. This could be further confirmed on Monday, if/when Edig also voluntarily dismisses the suit against Woodman Labs on their day to respond without hearing the response. Although we may not find out for several months, I believe another voluntarily dismissal would greatly increase the likelihood that we were paid something or signed a license agreement in both cases and this will be the modus operandi for Handal moving forward. We'll see.
