No matter what the size, we go after all of them.

Yes, this is a chump change one the way it looks and some of the CO 19 were also, but we still pulled a few bucks out of the deals.

It still sends a message to the market that we will hunt you down and take you to court.

Apparently we will not see group filings anymore either due to changes in the law....somebody correct me if not so but I discussed this on my May 3 visit too, with my understanding the filings will all be separate.

I look at it this way, if we net 180K, that pays for 6 months in up front fees, that are credited from future settlements. So, we take some little guys down to fund the effort...I'm good with that.

Largest settlement to my memory was LG for 1.6 Mln.
