Joe , We should expect a response by e.DIGITAL to USPTO within next several days,

In USPTO site there are two different date for mailing of Final rejection , 5 - 22 - 2012 and 5 - 30 - 2012.
Per above there should be a response by EDIG sometimes before July ,22 and July , 30. JMHO

A shortened statutory period of response to this action is set to expire2 month(s) from the mailing date of this letter.
