imo my guess is they are strongly intertwined. even re: list from shareholder meeting, no one was get through reexams, then down list..so i think some piece of nunchi is contingent in some way on reexams or encryption results...also all "innovations" seem to have gone on hold (i mean from a disclosure standpoint, not a working standpoint) in dec 2010 when 737 went under reexam in dec 2010.
