The concern is understood, however I recall reading terms of the agreement that it can be terminated by the company Jan-2012....darn if I can find it right now. I am not sure of the wording or if Jan was correct???? Sorry...

I guess the question should be, "is the agreement still in force?"

Why on Earth would AC subject himself to a conflict of interest?

He aint no dummy, nor is the attorney who advises the company on SEC matters.
