Yes if Fred et al believes in the future of the company, now would be a great time to show it at these prices. However, even if they believe they do not know when the news we are looking for will surface. We have to stay in the game. If we spend money on a buy back now and the process is slower than desired we could run out of money. I say watch every nickle until some sign of a consistent income stream appears and then the company should show their support by buying back shares albeit at a higher price.
