Summit settled without prejudice so what does that suggest of license 14?

It suggests to me that Summit settled with conditions of some sort...and e.Digital can revisit the issues if need be.

Summit is still connected to issues that have been negotiated.

IMO, very similar to license 8 TIC Company, Inc. DONE without prejudice , license 9 IKEGAMI DONE without prejudice

each of which are bound to royalty bearing issues where, if need be, e.Digital can revisit to enforce.
