The leins are a condition in the contingency agreement. DM also would get 15% of the value of the patents should EDIG be bought out...another condition and both are forms of collateral.

Who holds the title on a car when a lender fronts the money for you to buy it? That's a "lein" too in effect....of course you know this...lol.
