Richard ....FWIW

I haven't read one opinion about the ruling on this board, I've read over and over that the ruling is junk....the judge is @#$%^....etc.

However, I have not read one break down of that ruling....as it relates to the judges comments....opposing claims construction issues....nothing, noda...

And I bet, that not one shareholder that attended the SHM got an understanding of the ruling ....other than we are moving on.
