If the MH opinion/ruling were truly a victory for the defendants

Why are they even bothering to settle. Could it be that they see it as only a temporary

setback for EDIG and look at it as an opportunity to settle cheaply?

And if this were the case why isnt DM and EDIG waiting for a more favorable ruling,

reversal or a favorable patent reexam.

Just questions that I have.
