Trying to come up with any kind of logicical explanation for her decision

Do you ever wonder if Judge Krieger and her legal advisors ever considered any possible reasons why Samsung, Panasonic, et. al would sign royalty bearing license and settlement agreements BEFORE her decision. The legal staff for these companies knew that they were wrong to infringe on our patents!
