A few have said/implied in posts that the "ruling" invalidates 774, or words to that effect?

How can a claim construction opinion on 1 item invalidate a patent?

2 patents (I think that is right?) are being challenged with a reexam...

Only the USPTO can invalidate a patent right?

Maybe I am misinterpreting the comments?
