No, there's more to it than that, they are massaging this issue around two details.

If they pull off what I think they are trying to do....man, I'll have to reformulate my opinions of human intelligence....lol

As crazy as this might sound....perhaps I should not say it, however, I'm beginning to see the last ruling as a positive to carry forward....silver, I leaned it that way in my last post to you....all they need now is the other half.....which leans on what flash memory is and is not......lol
