It seems that unless all defendants settle, she will have to give a formal ruling on all matters before her regarding the MH.

Then once again barring settlements by all she will either have to grant a summary judgment if requested by the defendants or allow the case to go to trial.

After summary judgment or completion of trial I do believe that her formal rulings regarding MH are can be appealed.
