After reading the opinion for the fourth time I believe she is saying that the patent is not valid given the prior art of the Schroder device if ram is present then Woody used a slight of hand to get by the PTO's objection. see page 12 and the footnotes 6 and 7. I think our goose is cooked on this patent.

I hope I am wrong on this but I got a bad feeling. Alas, we still have the other patents.
