An excellent and critical point. In fact, your whole analysis is very clear and thoughtful. Part of the problem with the whole case has been that the language of the patent itself is not absolutely clear on these points, and then people who don't totally understand the technology start trying to interpret and rephrase it, and the meaning gets even more obscure. Your analysis is both technically accurate and clearly expressed. As such, it could prove quite useful to DM. Maybe you should send this along to FF or directly to DM.
